Mapping the Levers for Cultural Change

Cultural change and transformation are two of the hardest feats to accomplish in most organizations. Although we tend to be pretty savvy as far as emotional intelligence and psychological trends, there are almost no definitions of culture, and how to change it, which are shared by individuals. The webinar does define culture and does identify those levers that have been used successfully in making environments productive and satisfying to those who spend their lives engaged in them.
