About the Speakers

Don_headshot Don Martin Dr. Donald C. Martin is an expert in the fields of enrollment management, student affairs and higher education administration. From 1980 to 2008 he managed divisions including admissions, financial aid, student development, registration/advising, and career, disabled and international services. He has been employed by some of the best colleges/universities in the United States: Wheaton College (IL), Northwestern University (Medill School of Journalism), The University of Chicago (Booth School of Business), and Columbia University (Teachers College). Along with a team of dedicated professionals, Dr. Martin grew both the applicant pool and the enrollment yield at each institution he served. In addition, students’ ratings of their experience at those institutions improved dramatically during his tenure.

Kevin_headshot Kevin Kiley Kevin's nearly 20 years of professional experience includes more than 10 years of career coaching. A certified career and leadership coach, Kevin has worked with everyone from doctors to college students in areas including communication, professional presence and conflict management. His personal leadership experience includes over six years in health care, primarily in career and leadership development, and more than five years in recruiting for a top national university. When it comes to preparing resumes and cover letters and communicating with hiring managers, Kevin is a national-award-winning communicator who leverages more than eight years as a professional editor to his clients' advantage. Kevin currently works in the corporate university of a major health care system in Dallas-Fort Worth while also independently coaching other clients.
