I am a former Customs Officer with Hong Kong Customs & Excise Department for more than 11 years, the last 5 years I worked at a Computer Forensics Lab as a Digital Forensics Examiner. I also holds a bachelor’s degree in computing with strong programming and reverse engineering skills. In addition, I have gone through different digital forensics courses no matter what the vendor material was. Whether it was vendor neutral or vendor specific, I took part, just like Basic Computer Forensic Examiner by IACIS. Currently works with MSAB as Product Specialist for more than 7 years.

Adam Firman boasts a distinguished career in law enforcement, with over 15 years’ experience as a police officer and proficiency in various digital forensic solutions. He is well-versed in industry standards related to digital forensics and has been a certified trainer since 2014. He is a frequent speaker at global industry events on digital forensic topics and has served as an expert witness in high-profile court cases. Adam is deeply committed to serving and protecting the community.

Jack Randall is a product specialist, focusing on supporting frontline forensics with a previous career in the Australian DoD. With a previous background in training and development, he is passionate about translating the technical to the non-technical, committed to helping customers adapt and their tools and skills to overcome their everyday challenges.
