Fiona has extensive experience in business sustainability management, with roles at Sainsbury's (1993-2008), John Lewis Partnership (to 2010), Marks & Spencer (to 2018), and Olam AtSource before joining Bakkavor in 2022. Fiona has initiated multiple retailer collaborations (Palm Oil Collaboration, Palm Oil Traceability Initiative, and Soy Working Group). She Co-Chaired the Consumer Goods Forum Soy and Palm Oil Working Groups, gaining support for innovative sustainability policies adopted by many of the world's largest consumer goods and retail businesses.
Amy is currently Director of Investor Relations and Sustainability at Mitchells & Butlers plc. Starting her career as a finance professional, becoming a chartered accountant with Ernst and Young, Amy has added sustainability to her skillset and is now leading Mitchells and Butlers plc’s sustainability strategy alongside responsibility for investor relations. With ten years’ experience within Mitchells and Butlers plc Amy’s role provides a unique opportunity to combine the internal drive for enhanced sustainability with the need to communicate progress and ambitions externally to an audience who are increasingly focused on ESG.
Ed holds an MSc in Human Nutrition and Metabolism from the University of Aberdeen and Executive MBA from HULT Ashridge Business School. He has 10 years of experience within the food, beverage, and food supplement industry, including the regulatory compliance and nutritional review of current and innovative products. Prior to Campden BRI, Ed was Head of Regulatory Affairs at Tata Consumer Products, where he led the regulatory and nutritional review of a millet based cereal brand which was launched in the UK in 2023. Ed graduated from his Executive MBA in 2023, which included completing a work-based project on reviewing and developing a sustainability-led brand strategy. At Campden BRI, Ed provides regulatory consultancy to a wide range of industry partners, while identifying future opportunities within the dynamic regulatory and nutrition policy environment.
