Noel is a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist at Mott Children's Health Center. She has a Master of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders.

Dr. Esch is a pediatrician and public health leader dedicated to advancing community centered care. She serves as Director of the Leadership in Community and Public Health Certificate Program at the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. She will be discussing the breakdown in trust in the healthcare industry.
