In the case of the Montblanc Meisterstück, this has now been true for a whole century – time to celebrate! In honor of its 100 year anniversary, we kindly invite you to an one hour presentation with Martin Herde, our Maison’s Heritage Manager, where he dives deep into the archives and presents some of the most interesting and beautiful examples of this classic fountain pen. How did it all begin in 1924? What is special about the nibs? How is calligraphy connected to the Meisterstück? And what does this hard-to-pronounce German term mean anyway?     Martin Herde is Brand Heritage Manager at Montblanc. As a museologist specializing in corporate history, he acts as a contact for all questions about history and historical writing instruments. In the last five years he has worked on projects such as the coffee table book “Inspire Writing”, the exhibition at the MONTBLANC HAUS, Hamburg, the Montblanc “Signed”-video episodes and looks after the Maison’s archive collection.
