Walter Tieck has been involved with training, career coaching, and mentoring for over 35 years, first as a leader in the United States Air Force and now as a business operator and strategic community leader. Today he is the Principal with Eagle Soar High Coaching, a business focused on guiding professionals to the next level of career progression.
Walter is a skilled facilitator, presenter and career coach working with business professionals, veterans and those seeking to reenter the workforce after relocations or caring for family.
Walter has co-facilitated the MT|SHRM Career Transition Group since 2006.

Michelle Bridges
HR Business Partner at XMI
Michelle Bridges is an HR Business Partner with XMI. XMI is an HR PEO providing HR services to businesses in TN, as well as other states in the US.
Some of you know Michelle has recently been in your shoes. What you may not know is that she has a long history with larger corporations and has had her position eliminated 4 different times in her career. She has a “couple” of decades in Human Resources. Most of her career has been in the role of HR Business Partner with a focus on leadership development, coaching, facilitation and employee engagement. She’s developed a number of leadership workshops and has facilitated across the US. Michelle has also recently joined the Transition Group Committee to continue helping HR peers in their career search. When she’s not working, you’ll most likely find her enjoying creative fun with family or landscaping in her backyard.
