WEBINAR ENDED
This webinar is the second of three.

It will focus on how to nurture a mentoring relationship. We will be providing insight, structure and tools around what makes a mentoring relationship a successful one, and how to keep it relevant to the needs and objectives of the mentee.

The 3 webinars are meant as a dive into the mentoring relationship from start to finish.

The first one is about building the rapport within a mentoring relationship and the last on how to close it.

They will be presented by Agnese Pinto (MCHub team member, Mentoring Programme Manager, and Coach) and Julie Haddock-Millar (Associate Professor of Human Resource Management, Visiting Professor, International University of Monaco, Senior Teaching Fellow, Middlesex University, Work Group Leader ISMCP EMCC)

Check our website for more details about the CPD offer here.

All webinars will last around 40 minutes, with a 15 minutes Q&A session in the end.

Note: This webinar will be recorded, and uploaded to YouTube afterwards.
