Michael Kovacs is an insurance & financial advisor, and the President of Florida Retirement Group (FRG). In 2010, Michael began his career in the insurance and financial services industry as an Insurance Advisor with Bankers Life & Casualty in Central Florida. Then he joined Futurity First, an independent insurance and investment group in August 2013. In 2017, Michael co-founded Florida Retirement Group, an independent insurance agency that aims to help eliminate the complexity around insurance and investments.

He believes with his knowledge and expertise with investments, insurance, income, and estate planning, he can deliver exceptional advice on the issues that face the pre and post-retiree market.

Attention to detail, great listening skills, and empathy are characteristics his clients appreciate. He is effectively supported by a team of investment product specialists, and tax and estate planners. Their teamwork and professionalism help Michael build long-term relationships with his clients to provide top-notch advice and excellent customer service.

Michael is passionate about the work he does for his clients. Doing what’s right for the client is a motto he lives by on a daily basis. He is a member of NIAFA, and the exclusive Million Dollar Round Table association.

Michael holds a Series 6 Securities License, 215 Insurance License, and the CLTC (Certified Long Term Care) designation.

Michael lives in downtown Orlando with his wife. Away from the business, he enjoys traveling and creating memories with friends and family. Michael aims to always grow as a person in and out of the office.
