Suz joined Mattioli Woods at the start of 2017 after a successful and wide-ranging career with roles spanning buying, product development and marketing. Such a background has provided Suz with a wealth of experience and knowledge, which she has used at well-known companies including Next, Boots and Samworth Brothers.

Sylvia has had a long career in Human Resource Management mostly in the private sector – Food & Drink, Oil & Gas, Construction Services, Hospitality and more but she also has experience working in and with the public sector.

She is a past recipient of Regional Director of the Year Award - Institute of Directors Scotland; and was recognized by the Association of Scottish Businesswomen for Outstanding Contribution to Business, and recipient of the first Top Cherry award sponsored by Mattioli Woods.

She is committed to supporting Cancer Charities being a past Steering Group Member of Friends of ANCHOR and a Board Member of CLAN.

Wendy began her financial services career with Aberdeen Asset Management after graduating from Aberdeen University with a degree in economics and management studies. From there Wendy spent two years working in the financial sector in Dubai before coming home and joining Clydesdale Bank, looking after a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.

Wendy joined the Mattioli Woods family in 2014 as a business development manager for both the wealth management and employee benefits teams. Over the years Wendy has built up excellent relationships with private individuals, corporates and the professional community. This has helped Wendy to deliver the Mattioli Woods offerings to the marketplace.
