As you can see, there is a HUGE amount of information that we will be covering in the seminars. I will be teaching the seminars. I am a frequent speaker on living trusts, wills, and proper estate planning. It may be helpful to know a little about me. I graduated summa cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in 2003, where I served as Executive Editor of the Law Review. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, cum laude, from Miami University. I served as a law clerk to the Minnesota Supreme Court during its 2003–2004 term. I am one of only a few attorneys in Minnesota who is also a currently licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). In both 2009 and 2013, I was named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine. This award is limited to 2.5% of Minnesota attorneys under the age of 40. I taught law students as an Adjunct Professor at William Mitchell College of Law between 2006 and 2015.
