Cert VN ECC Course Tutor, Vets Now Ltd
Emily graduated from the University of Bristol in 2014 with a BSc(Hons) in Veterinary Nursing and Bioveterinary Science. She began her current role with North Downs Specialist Referrals in 2016 and holds several roles within the hospital, including Neurology RVN, Diagnostic Supervisor and Nursing Team Leader.
Emily’s predominant areas of interest are neurology and emergency and critical care, which led her to complete the Cert VN ECC qualification, successfully gaining the award in 2018.
A passion for learning exists alongside her interest in ECC and Emily became a tutor for the Cert VN ECC in 2021. This role allows her to develop and support learners to achieve the qualification, as well as creating and delivering additional webinar content for the course.
Emily is currently working to achieve the Veterinary Technician Speciality (VTS) in Neurology and is due to sit her examination in June 2023.
