Bob Carter is one of the world’s most respected, experienced and recognized experts in the areas of Institutional Strategy and Philanthropy. During the past four decades, Bob has helped strengthen a variety of organizations world-wide by helping them overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunities to be successful.

Bob established Bob Carter Companies in 2011, now doing business as Carter and currently serves as the chair. Prior to forming these companies, Bob was Senior Advisor for Changing Our World and Omnicom Nonprofit Group working out of New York City and London. Before this, Bob spent 26 years with Ketchum, one of the world’s largest fundraising consulting companies, serving 15 years as, President and CEO.

Bob is a founding board member of the World Health Organization Foundation in Geneva Switzerland, past chair of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) International Board of Directors, the National Aquarium, Mote Marine Laboratories, the Boys’ Latin School and was a trustee of The Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy among others.

In 2020, Bob received the AFP International Chair’s award for Lifetime Service to the fundraising profession. This award has been given only 18 times over 38 years.

Bob is a graduate of the Boys’ Latin School and the Johns Hopkins University. He and his wife, Carol, live in Anna Maria, Florida with an office in Sarasota.

Jill Roshto has over 29 years of experience in retail management, corporate sales, business ownership, fundraising and non-profit management. Roshto served most recently as the President/CEO of the Pennington Biomedical Research Foundation.

In her varied career, Ms. Roshto worked in multiple roles at Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry, the LSU Stephenson Entrepreneurship Institute, LSU Foundation and as Executive Director of Cancer Services of Greater Baton Rouge. Ms. Roshto also owned The Keeping Room, a stationery and gift business.

Ms. Roshto has been very involved in community service, serving on numerous non-profit Boards and as an advisor to the LSU Delta Gamma Chapter.
