Helene Wall is an Associate Director with Postlethwaite & Netterville. She has been with P&N since 2012, and leads the Human Resources Consulting services group as the team’s senior certified professional in Human Resources Management.

Helene’s 20+ years of experience includes public, private and not-for private organizations across a wide variety of industries, with an emphasis on providing employment-based insight into areas of compliance, risk management, strategy and change. Helene’s focus is to help businesses align their workforce strategy with evolving business needs.

Helene is routinely asked to contribute articles and speak on various Human Resources topics at association, trade-group and industry conferences; is actively involved with the Greater Baton Rouge Society for Human Resource Management, and serves as Vice Chair of Heritage Ranch Christian children’s home.

Jill Roshto has over 29 years of experience in retail management, corporate sales, business ownership, fundraising and non-profit management. Roshto served most recently as the President/CEO of the Pennington Biomedical Research Foundation.

In her varied career, Ms. Roshto worked in multiple roles at Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry, the LSU Stephenson Entrepreneurship Institute, LSU Foundation and as Executive Director of Cancer Services of Greater Baton Rouge. Ms. Roshto also owned The Keeping Room, a stationery and gift business.

Ms. Roshto has been very involved in community service, serving on numerous non-profit Boards and as an advisor to the LSU Delta Gamma Chapter.
