Josh Levin
Senior Director, Market Planning - Law Enforcement Market
Josh Levin is the Senior Director of Market Planning for the Law Enforcement Market at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, where he leads the strategy and growth initiatives across local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. With more than a decade at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Josh has built deep expertise at the intersection of public safety challenges and investigative technologies, consistently translating market insight into commercial outcomes. Prior to his current role, he served as the Director of the Special Investigations Unit, leading multiple analyst teams in support of government customers across law enforcement and civilian agencies nationwide. Josh began his career as a practitioner, serving as a Crime Analyst with the Scottsdale Police Department and an Intelligence Analyst with the Colorado Springs Police Department. Josh holds a B.S. in Justice Studies from Arizona State University and an M.B.A. from American Military University. -
Tom Joyce
Director, Business Development, Public Safety; Lieutenant NYPD (ret.)
Tommy Joyce is Director of Accurint One Sales for the LexisNexis Risk Solutions Government Public Safety team. He began his career with the New York City Transit Police and later served with the NYPD, holding numerous investigative and Detective Bureau leadership assignments before retiring as Commanding Officer of an NYPD Cold Case Squad.
Following his law enforcement career, Joyce brought his investigative and command experience to build and deploy public safety technology, holding leadership positions with LexisNexis and later Vigilant Solutions through its acquisition by Motorola Solutions. He returned to LexisNexis three years ago and now leads the Accurint One sales team, helping agencies turn trusted data into actionable intelligence. His passion for keeping communities and the police officers who serve them safe continues to drive his work every day.
