何振民教授目前擔任新加坡國立大學（National University of Singapore, NUS）心理醫學系教授及高級顧問精神科醫生，並於新加坡國立大學醫院（National University Hospital, NUH）臨床執業。何教授亦為香港科技大學（HKUST）訪問教授。他是香港精神科專科醫生，負責部門研究規劃及協調，並為NUS健康創新與科技研究所功能性近紅外線光譜分析（fNIRS）實驗室的首席研究員及主任。
何教授臨床及研究興趣涵蓋功能性近紅外線光譜分析（fNIRS）於精神科診斷的應用。他積極推動以機器學習提升精神疾病診斷準確度的研究，並帶領團隊在成人多動症、抑鬱症、雙相障礙、焦慮症、精神分裂症及人格障礙等領域取得重要成果。
至今，何教授已發表超過650篇同行評審學術論文，研究成果在國際間具相當影響力，個人H-index超過100。自2021年至2024年，他連續獲選為Clarivate Analytics全球高被引學者之一，成為世界頂尖、被廣泛引用的精神科學者。
Prof Roger Ho is a Professor & Senior Consultant Psychiatrist at the Department of Psychological Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS) and National University Hospital (NUH). He is a Visiting Professor for Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST).
He is the Research Director coordinating research studies for the department, and Principal Investigator & Director of the functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) lab at the NUS Institute for Health Innovation & Technology.
Prof Ho has clinical and research interests in applying functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) in diagnosing psychiatric disorders. He has conducted research to improve the accuracy of psychiatric diagnosis by machine learning.
Prof Ho has published over 650 peer-reviewed papers (H-index >100) and was named one of the world’s most highly cited researchers by Clarivate Analytics from 2021 to 2024.
