Agenda
- In this webinar Cameron Nowell and his colleagues from Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences will share some of the multiplexing results they were able to achieve through clever use of their hardware and specific sequential scans, as well as by utilising other multiplexing modalities such as FLIM.
- Case #1 will demonstrate a unique method used in measuring spatial interactions in a tumour microenvironment of a triple-negative breast cancer.
- Case #2 will explore the ways the power of multiplexing can be harnessed to investigate changes to immune cell population size and location within the intestinal wall in patients who are high risk of developing a lethal infection named Hirschsprung Associated Enterocolitis.
- Lastly, we would examine how STELLARIS confocal platform from Leica Microsystems enables researchers to extend multiplexing capabilities through new and improved technologies. The next generation of White Light Lasers and power counting Hybrid Detectors for optimised excitation and emission including in near infrared range, fully integrated lifetime-based imaging approaches (FALCON) and Stimulated Emission Depletion (STED) are some of the tools we would like to discuss.
