Town Hall Session

About This Webinar

More women are participating in STEM fields than ever, but lab and executive management roles are still difficult to reach. Women leaders in science face unique challenges throughout their careers, as they seek to advance from the bench to lab management responsibilities. During this Town Hall discussion, women leaders in scientific fields will share their experiences and pathways that led them to their current roles, and will offer advice for younger generations who wish to advance in their own careers. Panelists will take questions from the audience and offer help to those looking to overcome their own challenges, as well as those who wish to better understand the challenges faced by women in STEM.
