Tools For ‘Change Management’ In the COVID-19 Laboratory

About This Webinar

Effective, timely and compelling communications around labs’ new safety and resiliency strategies will be a critical task for lab enterprise leadership for the foreseeable future. What tools can lab managers use to create compelling, thoughtful, and inspiring messages for their teams? Using the old maxim that a “picture is worth a thousand words,” this session will explore 3D modeling, virtual reality, animation and visualization applications used by designers and show how these tools can be effective elements in a laboratory change management safety strategy. The speaker will present two case studies (University of Virginia School of Medicine Biomedical Research Lab and a Fortune 100 Corporate R+D facility) that use these tools to communicate how a newly configured environment could support innovation and safety.

Lab Manager is an AIA Continuing Education Provider. This webinar has been approved by the AIA for 1 LU.
