Managing Teams from a Distance

About This Webinar

We are living through unprecedented times due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We don’t have a guidebook to enlighten our path through stay at home orders and eventually repopulating our labs. Our road to recovery will involve a combination of revisiting laboratory disaster planning activities to ensure lessons learned from the current pandemic are accounted for in future disaster plans, demonstrating extreme compassion for each other, and thinking far outside of the box when envisioning what our labs will look like during social distancing efforts.
