Please note that this training is intended for brands who have already enabled SMS, are collecting consent, and sending SMS through Klaviyo.


In this session, we will: add dynamic content to an SMS message in an abandoned cart flow.

Make sure you've read and fulfilled session requirements. 
Come logged into Klaviyo and ready to build.


SESSION REQUIREMENTS
  • Account is integrated with ecommerce data (for dynamic content).


  • SMS is enabled in your Klaviyo account. We will not be enabling SMS in this session. 


  • You are collecting SMS consent in a compliant manner, and you have set up your mobile terms of service and privacy policy.  have a mobile terms of service and privacy policy


  • You have an existing abandoned cart flow (email-only is fine)
