Now at MentionMe, she helps brands such as Puma and Pret a Manger think advocacy first by turning referral into a strategic acquisition and retention channel.


Chris Venus, Head of Client Success at MentionMe: A business leader with experience across Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support, Chris has a track record of delivering business value using client-centric strategies. How this session works:
  • This is not a traditional webinar. There will be minimal slides and no product demonstrations. The aim of this session is to open the floor for conversation, connection, and idea-sharing. Come with an open mind and your retention questions ready!

  • Don’t clam up! We want to hear from you. Come to this session ready with any questions you would like to ask the panelists. This is an opportunity to truly engage in conversation with our experts but also with other brands in attendance.

  • We will answer as many questions as time allows, but depending on volume, all questions may not be answered.

  • Session breakdown:

    • The first part of this session will be a panel discussion, during which the speakers will share their backgrounds and engage in a group discussion on retention strategies and trends that they have observed. 

    • In the second part of this session, our panelists will separate into breakout rooms. Inside the breakout rooms, you will have the opportunity to discover in-depth case studies and ask questions directly to our experts.

    • There will be two breakout rooms:

      > Breakout room 2: Referral case study (with MentionMe)
