Are you new to Klaviyo and need help getting started? Or are you preparing for BFCM and have specific questions about optimizing your setup? Join our 30 min office hours to get advice on your strategic questions. You’ll also benefit from learning about the challenges and solutions shared by your peers.

In these sessions, Klaviyo experts will use a live demo account to:

  • Provide detailed guidance on your questions

  • Direct you to relevant resources

  • Answer as many questions as time permits

How to Ask Effective Questions:

  1. Be Specific: Clearly describe the issue or topic you need help with. For example, instead of asking, “How do I use Klaviyo?” specify, “Can you walk me through setting up a welcome flow for new subscribers?”

  2. Provide Context: Include relevant details about your current setup or goals. For instance, “I’m trying to increase engagement for my email list and want to know which types of email flows are most effective.”

  3. Focus on Actionable Items: Ask questions that lead to clear, actionable advice. For example, “What are the best practices for segmenting my email list to target customers who haven’t engaged in the past 30 days?”

  4. Prepare Examples: If possible, provide examples or scenarios. For instance, “I’m struggling with creating an automated cart abandonment flow. Can you show me how to set this up and what elements are crucial?”

  5. Prioritize Your Questions: If you have multiple questions, prioritize them to ensure you get answers to the most critical ones first. For example, “First, I need help with setting up sign-up forms. Second, I’d like advice on optimizing my email template for higher open rates.”
