The Indian Self-Determination Act, at Subpart J - Construction, provides tribes the opportunity to assume direct control and operation of any construction project and related activities authorized by the Act. This is a customized session for federal project managers, engineers, and those who work with tribes and tribal organizations.
This series will be given over a period of four (4) daily sessions of approximately four (4) hours of instruction each day.
