Parinitaa Garg works as a Sales Management Advisor with IBM. She is an Electronics engineer post which she finished her MBA from K.J. Somaiya Institute, Mumbai. Parinitaa believes in maintaining a healthy work and personal life balance and has been into fitness and dance from a young age. Parinitaa has a rich experience of 7+ years of practicing and teaching yoga to people across all age groups. She is also a certified trainer for Pre-natal yoga and Yin yoga.

Parinitaa maintains a holistic approach towards fitness by combining yoga with various other forms of trainings - such as Strength Training, Animal flow, Dance and Meditation which helps with the mind, body and soul connection.

Parinitaa’s daily regimen involves an hour of either gym (where she enjoys lifting weights (iron or body) and practicing yoga) or dance. Parinitaa's hobbies include but are not limited to reading, writing, spending time with family that includes her pet dog Tia and friends, traveling and photography. She is also a trained make-up artist.
