Rocky Mountain Campus Safety Summit

About

The virtual Rocky Mountain Campus Safety Summit is a regional and affordable conference designed for key college personnel from the states of Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, and Montana.

Those invited include college and university administrators, faculty, staff, advocates, Title IX officers, Campus Security and Police, and students interested in improving their campus efforts to prevent and respond to sexual assault, gender and relationship violence, and stalking. The 2020 Summit will be June 10-19, and will feature live and on-demand webinars. At the conference, Jana's Campaign will host national experts, and encourages the sharing of best practices among participants.

Starting on Friday, June 12, all on-demand webinars will be made available. Every webinar in the Summit will be available 24 hours a day for the duration of the Summit. Use the follow the steps below to access the webinars.

1. To access the webinar you wish to view, use the personal registration link that you received in your registration-confirmation email. If you need Jana’s Campaign to resend your personal registration link, please email us at janascampaign@gmail.com

2. Navigate to the bottom of the Summit landing page and click on the thumbnail of the webinar you wish to view.

3. In the registration portal on the right side of the webinar landing page, choose an upcoming session time to view the webinar. Fresh sessions of the webinar begin every 15 minutes, day and night, so you do not need to register until you are ready to watch!

4. Enter your name and the email address that you used to register for the summit in the registration portal.

5. Watch the webinar and complete the post-webinar survey.
