Jana's Campaign is dedicated to helping middle and high schools reduce teen dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking by promoting healthy relationship behaviors to ultimately create a culture of strong respect among adolescents. We utilize prevention education programs to raise awareness of the underlying causes by highlighting the "red flags" of dating relationships. Our ultimate goal is to stop the violence before it starts.

Meet the Prevention Educators

Kaiti DingesExecutive DirectorKaiti Dinges is the Executive Director at Jana's Campaign. Kaiti has worked with thousands of students on how to identify healthy and unhealthy relationship behaviors and specializes in our bystander intervention training. In 2017, Kaiti graduated with a Master’s of Professional Studies with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Fort Hays State University. She was deeply involved in the gender & relationship violence prevention community while at FHSU, which sparked her desire to work in the field of violence prevention full-time. Kaiti is a dog loving, antique shopping, cake baking, adventure seeking, family treasuring, motivated feminist that is dedicated to the prevention of gender and relationship violence. -
Derek IngallsEducation & Prevention SpecialistDerek Ingalls is an Education and Prevention Specialist at Jana’s Campaign focusing on Higher Education Prevention Programs. Before joining Jana’s Campaign, Derek worked as the Campus & Community Advocate for Options Domestic & Sexual Violence Services, Inc. in Hays, KS. In this role, Derek worked with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking across Northwest Kansas. Derek brings not only his knowledge of an advocate, but also as an experienced speaker specifically to students, and student athletes to his role at Jana’s Campaign. Derek is an avid sports fan, especially Kansas City sports, and enjoys collecting baseball cards. On any given day you’ll find him settling down with a book or whipping up a batch of his grandmother’s homemade cookies.
