About This Coaching Symposium

This virtual symposium is designed to empower and encourage student-athletes to consider coaching girl’s and women’s lacrosse as a possible career choice. The symposium will be facilitated by a varied group of coaches and administrators to expose lacrosse student-athletes of color to the profession of coaching and provide them with the tools, mentors, and career advancement connections to diversify the pool of coaches in our sport.
