As a former mid-market CIO, Mitch has been in our clients shoes and has a deep understanding of their needs and their daily struggles. Mitch is working hard to become Cloudbakers top ping pong player, but this goal is currently beyond his capabilities. Mitch is a visionary. As the founder of Cloudbakers, he provides strategic and tactical direction for the company. He oversees all aspects of the business and especially enjoys working with clients on cloud strategy and solutions that add value and help give their organizations a competitive advantage.

An alter-ego soccer star, Alex is motivated to finish every game to the end-on the field and in the office. His graduation from Carleton College (majoring in Computer Science and Educational Studies) allowed him to step back through those Cloudbakers doors and join our team again in full force. Because his last three summers of college were spent interning here, he’s officially the second oldest Cloudbaker. Way to go Alex! As our Manager of Application Development, he provides expertise in many different areas of our work ranging from writing scripts to building sites for our customers.

From a young age, Tristan has always been surrounded by technology and computers. Growing up around Chicago allowed Tristan to watch the technological landscape in the Midwest evolve into an exciting hub of new technology. With a love of the Cloud and bleeding edge technology, Tristan couldn’t wait to join the Cloudbakers team. As a Cloud Deployment Engineer, Tristan gets to live ‘la vida’ Google and he loves every minute of it. In his off hours, Tristan likes to spend time with his family, travel, explore, and learn. If he is on his computer and not working, he is most likely coding silly programs that do nothing. Otherwise, he is teaching his daughter as much as possible about computers in hopes that she’ll grow in his footsteps with an innovative mind and passion for learning.

Caitlin heads up our Human Resources department and has a real passion for the recruitment component of her role. Talking to new people and matching them for open positions at Cloudbakers has proven to be rewarding time and time again. Helping to spearhead Cloudbakers’ Indianapolis presence, Caitlin relocated to Indy after completing her Master’s program with a M.S. degree awarded from Purdue University. After graduation, Caitlin also earned a SHRM-CP certification which is proudly adorned on Cloudbakers’ certification wall. Although Caitlin’s Master’s is from Purdue, she will always be a Hoosier fan as her bachelor’s was earned at Indiana University - Bloomington. Caitlin is also an avid animal lover and has two Boston Terriers which she is crazy about!
