Bob is a member of the Board of Trustees of Regina Dominican High School in Wilmette and CEO Roundtable (formerly the University of Chicago RoundTable). He also serves as the Midwest Leadership Chair for the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), which is the governing arm of the PEO industry. Bob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Education from St. Mary’s University in Minnesota.
