Christopher J. Visco, M.D., FAAPMR, RMSK is the Ursula Corning Associate Professor of Rehabilitation Medicine Research and Director of Sports Medicine in the Department of Rehabilitation and Regenerative Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center. As the Vice Chair of Education he directs the Residency Program at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital Columbia/Cornell PM&R program and the accredited Sports Medicine Fellowship. He is board certified in PM&R, Sports Medicine, and is a registered musculoskeletal sonographer.

Dr. Sherman is Professor and Vice Chair of Education in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Dr. Sherman then completed PM&R Residency at University of Washington in Seattle and fellowship in spine and sports at Beth Israel Hospital in New York, in 1998. His clinical practice specializes in spine, musculoskeletal, interventional pain, and neurological rehabilitation. Dr. Sherman also serves as the founding PM&R residency training program director and Service Chief of Staff for the Department of PM&R at UHEALTH. Dr. Sherman acts as managing/founding editor of the sports and musculoskeletal section of “Knowledge Now” affiliated with the American Academy of PM&R. Dr. Sherman lectures extensively locally, regionally, and nationally and has published many peer reviewed abstracts, journal articles and book chapters.
