Achieving end-to-end, citizen centric digital services: Where to now?

About This Webinar

Maximising the public sector’s delivery of social value through enhanced citizen services is the key outcome for the digitisation of citizen services. The impacts of COVID-19 on the work of the public sector have been disruptive and significant at a personal and organizational level.

Hear Jonathan Thorpe from the Digital Transformation Agency and Jacky Hodges from the Australian Bureau of Statistics share their candid views on the paths their agencies will take in their digital transformation journey towards achieving their end-to-end citizen-centric digital goals in an uncertain COVID-19 environment.

Find out:

  • If COVID-19 is accelerating or decelerating the work being done on digital transformation

  • How agencies approach allocation of digital priorities in a resource-constrained environment

  • Their views on effective collaboration where delivery responsibilities traverse different agencies and more than one level of government

  • All this and more in our forum.

The panel discussion will be moderated by Intermedium’s Principal Analyst and ex-Senior Executive Service officer, Judy Hurditch, who has had an extensive public sector career at both the Federal and NSW level before founding Intermedium.

This webinar is free to attend and open exclusively to members of the Australian public sector workforce.

Post-event, we will send you the 10 key takeaways of the panel discussions as learnings from the forum.
