Emma has been working in the energy industry for approximately 10 years and has worked on a range of research and compliance service provision in carbon reporting during this time. Emma holds responsibility for both developing and delivering compliance services for Inspired PLC’s clients associated with SECR, ESOS, and other reporting schemes. Her main focus is measuring of Scope 1 and 2 emissions and utilising this information to support further carbon footprinting and net-zero services provided by Inspired PLC.

Emma is also an accredited ESOS Lead Assessor and has significant training and experience in energy auditing and analysis, and has provided major businesses with fully managed energy and compliance programmes. She has published articles on energy management in leading industry magazines and has achieved significant levels of savings for various clients through programmes of data analysis and energy consumption surveys.

As ESG Director, Kristina helps clients understand and account for their greenhouse gas emissions, develop science-based targets and create effective emission reduction and net-zero strategies. She has over 7 years experience in the energy industry, primarily in the oil and gas industry having previously worked at Wood Mackenzie. Kristina's academic background is in Geoscience and she holds a BSc in Geology from the University of St Andrews and an MSc in Integrated Petroleum Geosciences from the University of Aberdeen.

Aine, an ESG Director at Inspired PLC, has extensive experience supporting companies comply with current and emerging sustainability-related reporting requirements throughout the UK, EU and US. Aine has a proven track record assisting companies with the development of their ESG strategy, establishing robust risk management frameworks, driving enhanced stakeholder engagement and strengthening ESG governance structures. Aine has a Masters Degree in Ocean Sciences from the University of Liverpool, specialising in biogeochemistry and the impact of climate change.
