John joined MOSL as Chief Information Officer (CIO) in December 2019. He is an accomplished IT leader, with a proven record of success across multiple sectors, technologies and experience of a range of sourcing models. Before joining MOSL, John was the Technology Director for the roadside business of The AA. In this role he was accountable for the change and technology strategy and delivery, leading a team of over 200 to support the company’s ambitious, IT-enabled transformation agenda.  One of John's key strengths is in driving technology and business transformation, supported by data driven decision making. In this pursuit, he draws on significant experience in both programme and project management and IT and digital transformation.

Starting working life as an Electrical Engineering Apprentice in Industry 1984, Kevin first became involved in Energy Management and Energy Procurement with the 1MW Deregulation in 1990. Since then, Kevin has helped develop and optimise the delivery of energy procurement, energy efficiency and carbon management services to local authorities, Housing providers, Education organisations and Utility providers. Kevin joined Inspired Energy in 2020 as Head of Social Value and is responsible for the co-ordination and development of not only Inspired’s Social Value, but also that of the Framework suppliers.
