With expertise harnessed from 16 -years’ experience in Sales & Events plus, 10 years’ experience in the travel industry with venue management, Catherine has a wealth of knowledge at your disposal.

Her professional experience has exposed her to an array of events across Europe, USA and the Middle East, including TV productions at 30,000ft, the world’s largest immersive production onboard the iconic QE2, intimate dinning and community theatre performances.

With over 1,000 events under her belt and a belief in ethical approaches means to she has a 360 view on how to make events a creative and commercial success.

Dan Bolton is an artistic director and creative producer with over 21 years experience and an extensive global network in the live events, entertainment and performance industry.

Specializing in artist management and the conceptualization, creation and delivery of live performances, Dan’s career has taken him to the four corners of the globe haven taken leading roles in the successful delivery of projects such as the Inauguration of the Louvre Abu Dhabi and the recent opening & closing ceremonies of the 2018 Jakarta Palembang Asian Games.

After a successful career as a performance artist, Dan moved to the Middle East over a decade ago and has contributed greatly to developing the regions performance industry. His company is responsible for shows at some of the regions most prestigious events including the Abu Dhabi F1, Special Olympics Closing Ceremony, Expo site launch and many more. Dan is also immediate past president of the Middle East chapter of the International Live Events Association.

Paul Spaccavento is an Australian Business Owner & Musician who has been resident in the UAE for 12 years.
He is the Owner & Director of Vento Entertainment an Events & Entertainment Agency that services a variety of regional & International Sectors.
As a specialist on the Saxophone Paul is a creative at heart who bridges the world of the arts with the world of business.
His bottom up entrepreneurial approach prioritises ethics over profit in the pursuit of keeping the arts alive & thriving in what is concurrently a ruthlessly competitive & commercial environment.

Sudeep is a Post Graduate from India, Lived in Bombay since birth and have been working in various industries there. Sudeep started off by working in the events department for one of the prestigious Film School in Bombay and shifted to Dubai in the year 2013 to work with AV Concepts LLC. He has been working with AV Concepts since then. He started off as a Project Executive and the primary roles included, Coordinating with the client, creating quotes, arranging site surveys to the venues, liaison with the technical team to create technical sheets to ensure smooth execution of events. After a couple of years was promoted to be the Chief Operating Officer & Partner for AV Concepts where in the roles widened to manage the daily sales and operation team for smooth functioning of Events, look in to more new business avenues and diversify and to analyse the market and make necessary changes in the day to day operations. The events Sudeep has been associated with, CityScape Global Conference and Awards and this has been a continuous event Since 2015. The main Stage for "The Meydan World Cup" was handled by AV Concepts. To name a few others - Dubai International Film Festivals, MEED Awards, All the Conferences and Exhibitions for " Index Holding ". Sudeep is capable of handling technicalities for any size of events and he is well versed in English and Hindi.
