Electrical Reliability Services: Critical Expertise for Electrical Infrastructures

Jill Howell is Product Marketing Manager for Electrical Reliability Services, a Vertiv company. She has over 10 years of marketing program planning and management serving the electrical power system maintenance and testing industry. Before working at Vertiv, she was the Marketing Director for the InterNational Electrical Testing Association. She has a bachelor's and a master’s degree in marketing from Michigan State University.

I have 14 years of experience working in the electrical switchgear, services, and testing markets. Currently, I service large, multi-site, contractor accounts in California. My accounts work in a number of markets, including: data center, commercial, industrial, wastewater, and residential. Here at Electrical Reliability Services (a company of Vertiv), I assist contractors with third party acceptance testing, engineering studies, protective relay upgrades, ground fault testing, and DC power services. I've been with Vertiv's Electrical Reliability Services for 13 years, holding positions in both sales and operations. I'm currently responsible for the Arizona and Colorado markets. I'm originally from Ohio and therefore I'm a passionate Buckeye fan!
