You’ll learn the baking process, alongside a troubleshooting session to tackle where they may go wrong.
By learning the patisserie secrets, the types of food colouring to use, and how to achieve perfect piping, you’ll be a macaron master in no time.
Thursday 15 April at 12 noon (GMT), pastry chef Liberty Mendez will lead a 60-minute presentation, followed by a 30-minute Q&A, focusing on mastering your macaron-making skills.
A recording of the presentation will be made available to all registered attendees to re-watch up to 10 times – a link will be sent to you by email within 72 hours of the event.
