In the Sourdough Beyond Basics masterclass, Barney Desmazery goes in depth into the sourdough process. This 1.5 hour-long webcast will revisit every stage of the process to troubleshoot any issues you might be having, so you can look forward to great results every time.

Your masterclass itinerary

Thursday 25 March at 12 noon (GMT), sourdough expert Barney will lead a 60-minute online presentation explaining how to improve your sourdough techniques and make a range of bakes beyond loaves. This is followed by a 30-minute live Q&A session for all your questions.

A recording of the presentation will be made available to all registered attendees to re-watch up to 10 times – a link will be sent to you by email within 72 hours after the event.
