Materials your need to purchase:
Something circular e.g. a Styrofoam ring or metal ring. (an old metal clothes hanger, will bend to make a ring)
Felt
Beads and pompoms
Scissors
Needle and thread
Glue gun
Paper and pen if you want to make templates before cutting the felt
If you use a Styrofoam ring you also need some fabric or ribbon
