Pierce graduated with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Family Business from Auburn University. He is the son of Clift Dempsey, owner of Leaf Cremation. Pierce has a passion for serving families, and is trained as a certified crematory operator, cremation arranger, and cremation administrator. In his time off, Pierce enjoys playing golf and spending time at the beach. Pierce and his wife, Ashley, are members of Trinity Church Kennesaw and have three children!

Gia has been an avid animal lover her entire life. Joining the McAlister-Smith family in 2022, her empathetic approach and extensive love for animals allows her to help families navigate their grief journeys with comfort and understanding. To further expertise in Pet Loss, she is a board member of the Pet Loss Professionals Alliance. Gia holds an Associate in Science degree from St. Petersburg College, earning her license as a Veterinary Technician. For 5 years, Gia worked in both Large & Small Animal Veterinary Medicine. Outside of work, Gia enjoys spending time with her own two dogs, Kahlua & Dixon, as well as her horse, Baby.

Anna McClain is a Certified Pet Loss Grief Support Specialist (PGSS-C) with a background in veterinary care and a BA in Sociology from Cal State Fullerton. She is the founder of PAWS Pathway, where she supports individuals through the grief of pet loss with compassion and professional guidance.

Maryglenn Warnock is the founder of Paws to Remember, a certified pet bereavement counselor, and an ordained pet funeral officiant and chaplain. She holds a BA in English from Vanderbilt University and brings over 20 years of experience in animal rescue, including service on the executive board of the Nashville Humane Association.
