Joy has worked in the healthcare industry for over 25 years, and while working she attained a degree in Computer Sciences. After working as a certified medical transcriptionist at a radiology company and regional hospital, she transitioned into documentation, technical support, and training. She is a long-time employee of ICANotes and enjoys training, documenting how-to- guides, and supporting customers.
