Elizabeth 'Beth' Irias, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, is the founder and president of Clearly Clinical, a national, podcast-based online behavioral health Continuing Education program. Known as the ‘Utilization Review Guru’, she has specializations in Utilization Review, Clinical Best Practice, and Clinical Documentation, and works closely with clinical teams across the country to reduce liability risks and improve their quality of care, documentation practices, and Utilization Review outcomes. A former graduate professor at Pepperdine University, Beth is an engaging professional conference speaker, and she provides dynamic, targeted presentations for conferences, seminars, universities, and mental health providers. She also operates a private practice where she provides therapy to members of the LGBTQ+ population, and those with addictive disorders.
