Wed, Jun 22, 2022 · 9:30 AM · London
About This Webinar

It is often claimed that cross-functional teams improve agility and innovation, but they can just as easily result in miscommunication, confusion, and inefficiency. With the rise in popularity of cross-functional approaches, how can compliance learn to work effectively with other departments? What blend of skills and experience is necessary to make such teams work? And how should a cross-functional project be set up to avoid failure?

Drawing on real world practical examples, this webinar will share tips to ensure that compliance leaders can maximise their impact within a cross-functional setting.
