Vivian Gao is mainly responsible for the administrative jobs for VSA Capital Shanghai Office. She supports the China Mining Club’s marketing and logistics jobs as well. She also serves as Assistant to Executive Director at Shanghai Feizhou Group, a well-known financial, cultural tourism and commercial real estate group located in Xujiahui, Shanghai. Before joining VSA, she works as an account executive at a well-known global advertising agent (Ogilvy). Bachelor of Management, East China University of Political Science and Law.

Mametja Moshe’s career spans more than 18 years and includes experience in corporate finance, equities capital markets, debt capital markets, black economic empowerment, accounting, auditing and corporate tax. She is the founder and CEO of Moshe Capital.

George Roach has extensive experience in natural resources sector in Africa. He has successfully obtained licenses and concluded mineral exploration and exploitation agreements in the entire SADC region, Ethiopia and most of the CEMAC and ECOWAS regions.

Vincent is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of IronRidge Resources. Vincent is a mining engineer with over 25-years extensive experience across the civil, construction and mining industries in a variety of fields including gold and coal mining and quarrying.

Paul Atherley graduated in mining engineering from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College in 1982 and has over 30 years of industry operating experience including periods with British Coal in the UK and Mount Isa Mines in Australia. He was executive director of the Investment Bank arm of HSBC Australia.

Mr Dawes is a graduate of Bristol University (BSc Geology) and Royal School of Mines, Imperial College, London (MSc Mineral Exploration with distinction), and has over 25 years’ experience in the mining and metals sector including Rio Tinto, Robert Fleming, Chase Manhattan and JPMorgan.
