Vivian Gao is mainly responsible for the administrative jobs for VSA Capital Shanghai Office. She supports the China Mining Club’s marketing and logistics jobs as well. She also serves as Assistant to Executive Director at Shanghai Feizhou Group, a well-known financial, cultural tourism and commercial real estate group located in Xujiahui, Shanghai. Before joining VSA, she works as an account executive at a well-known global advertising agent (Ogilvy). Bachelor of Management, East China University of Political Science and Law.

Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in the City of London, working at Hoare Govett ABN AMRO for 11 years, before founding Oriel Securities (with the backing of the Vitol Group) and then becoming CEO of Blue Oar Plc. During this time, he has built up strong relationships with many major institutional investors in London and Asia. Andrew acquired VSA Capital in 2010 and has repositioned VSA as a leading investment bank for growth companies, alongside having a unique focus on taking western companies to China.

Graham is a highly experienced potash mining executive with extensive experience managing large multi-disciplinary teams for underground fertiliser mines. During his 26 years at Cleveland Potash, he held multiple positions from Graduate Trainee through to Director of Mining and, finally, as Managing Director of ICL UK (the owner of Cleveland Potash) with full operational responsibility.

Nigel is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. He joined CAML in 2007, became CFO of the Group in 2009 and has been instrumental in developing the business. In April 2018, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Secker is a mining engineer with over 35 years of experience in the resources industry. During his career, he has built and operated a number of mines and metallurgical processing facilities in Africa, Australia, China and Canada. For the past fifteen years, Peter has been Chief Executive of a number of publicly listed companies in Canada, UK and Australia.
