Ryan Lowery is rapidly becoming one of the premier sport scientists in the nation. He recently completed his doctorate where his entire dissertation centered around how to optimize a ketogenic diet through various nutrition and supplemental variables. He earned his BS and MS in exercise physiology and exercise and nutrition science from the University of Tampa.
