Dr. Rajesh Kumar is Emeritus Scientist, ICMR, New Delhi, Visiting Professorial Fellow, School of Public Health & Community Medicine, University of New South Wales, Sydney, Honorary Professor, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, UK, and Associate Editor, Journal of Epidemiology & Community Health. He obtained MD in Social and Preventive Medicine from Medical College, Rohtak (India) and MSc in Epidemiology from London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (UK). He is a Fellow of the National Academy of Medical Sciences (India) and recipient of Endeavor Executive Award. His areas of work include health service research, planning and evaluation of health programs, capacity building of health workforce, and public health informatics. He has published 400 research papers and book chapters (h-index 55 and 15851 citations).
