Two of the original workstreams of FinDatEx (Financial Data Exchange) were to review the existing European MiFID Template (EMT) and assess the need for a dedicated workstream on the MiFID Feedback Template (EFT). Since then a lot of discussions have surrounded these documents, and keeping track of the latest developments and their implications can be challenging.
Two templates. Two teams of experts. Two hours of learning.
On the 13th of November, we will be hosting two online webinars for our clients, crafted by experts from GRC WATCH and KNEIP, a leader in fund data management, regulatory reporting and fund distribution solutions, including services for EMT production and dissemination.
Join us to learn everything you need to know about these two templates: what they are, what’s changing, and the practical implications of these changes for you.
Both sessions are free and we would be delighted if you joined one of them or both.
1st session: With 60 days to go until the deadline: are you ready for EMT 3.0?
Friday 13 November 9:00 AM CET
With only two months left before the 10 December deadline that was set by FinDatEx for implementing the new EMT template, this session will provide a full overview of the upcoming changes to the European MiFID Template and point out what you need to look out for when upgrading your EMTs. We’ll also explain where data vendors and distributors are at and how to make your EMTs available to the market. And you will have the opportunity to ask questions directly to our experts.
2nd session: How will the new EFT impact fund distribution?
Friday 13 November 10:00 CET
In this session, we will take a look at the history of distributor feedback: who defines it and what it is used for. We will then provide an overview of the content in the proposed EFT and show you how some firms plan to be using it. At the end of the session, you’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions to our experts.
