Enoch is widely recognized for pioneering workplace mental health conversation in China at a time when the topic was taboo, through founding an award-winning social enterprise, Bearapy, that spearheaded strategic consulting and training services for organizations in China and Asia-Pacific. Her social impact work has proven to raise awareness in the local community, and steer global conversations on the topic. She has helped tens of thousands of people across the world through Bearapy, her writing, and speaking about her mental health lived experience. Enoch works with multinationals, governments, and start-ups across Asia-Pacific to change mindsets and behaviors towards mental health, deepening awareness and understanding to reduce stigma and create psychological safe workplaces. Her work is widely recognized in the society: she was awarded the Social Contributor of the Year 2018 Award by the International Professional Women& Society in China, and the Speaking Out Award by Mind HK. Enoch has been featured and published in CNN, Harvard Business Review, Forbes, South China Morning Post, Thrive Global, China Radio International, and CGTN, in addition to her blog, NochNoch.com. Her latest book, Stress in the City, shares her personal journey, discusses some fun ways to cope with depression, and suggests how adults and parents can be playful.

Executive Director of BasicNeeds-Ghana / Director Ejecutivo de BasicNeeds-Ghana
Peter is a field practitioner in mental health and development with close to two decades of directly working with people with lived experience of mental health conditions, primary caregivers and families, and communities in Ghana. He is experienced in global mental health, especially mental health development issues of Low and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs). Peter currently serves as the executive director for BasicNeeds- Ghana, a mental health and development advocacy organization working with persons with mental illness or epilepsy and their primary carers and families, and communities to satisfy their basic needs and for them to exercise their basic rights. He is a member of the Catalyst 2030 movement, national convener of the Ghana Alliance for Mental Health and Development, a member of the World Association for Psychosocial Rehabilitation (WAPR), and the Ghana chapter of the International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE). He also serves as a Trustee of United for Global Mental Health, a UK-based NGO. Peter holds an MPhil in Public Mental Health, a master’s in International Mental Health Policy and Services, and a BA in Sociology with Linguistics.

Chris Underhill MBE works as a mentor and is a social entrepreneur in the field of quality of life, and mental health in the community. Based on his lived experience as a child, he has spent many years "hands-on" in the field and places great importance on his work on interpersonal relationships. Chris has developed a number of social enterprises, for example Thrive, an organization working in gardening, disability and community (www.thrive.org.uk) and ADD International (www.add.org.uk), working in the developing world with disabled people creating systems of representation, advocacy and policy development. He has built several organizations in the field of global mental health, for example BasicNeeds which promotes the Model for Mental Health and Development created by Chris in 2000. There are now a number of BasicNeeds organizations (e.g. Ghana, Kenya and Vietnam) which continue to spread his important message. Chris runs his own mentoring practice called Mentor Services (www.mentorservices.org.uk) and presents on health, quality of life, mental health and resilience. Chris is co-founder of a new organization benefiting social entrepreneurs: The Elders Council for Social Entrepreneurs (www.elderscouncil.net), and has recently been appointed Chair of the Catalyst-2030 Mental Health Collaboration. He is a Skoll Foundation awardee in Social Entrepreneurship, an awardee in Social Entrepreneurship of the Schwab Foundation, and a Senior Fellow of Ashoka and has been honored with an MBE by HRH the Queen for his work in disability.
