Girl, Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone (And Get On Camera)!

You said you want to do more video, but for some reason you are stalling.

You’ve gotten into a routine where you do what you’ve always done and hope to get different results.

Here’s the thing - building good habits and routines is a good thing, but if you aren’t careful, you can get so satisfied with the status quo that you stop looking for ways to develop yourself even more. AND NOTHING CHANGES.

You start making what I call 'cancel statements' that sound like this...

“I don’t have time.”

“I’m not quite ready.”

“It’s not a big deal.”

“This is how I’ve always done it.”

“I don’t know how.”

“I will do it when (I lose weight) (I color my hair) (I buy a better camera).”

That’s when you know you are getting stuck in your comfort zone.

If you find yourself making a series of justifications to keep from doing video, more than likely it’s just an excuse.

You can learn to be on-camera even if you’re overweight. You can learn to do video even if you’re scared. You can learn to press ‘record’ even if you’re not ready. Unless the reason is a true reason that cannot be overcome due to the laws of physics and the land, then what you’re telling yourself is just another excuse.

The good news is you can step out of your comfort zone. Taking certain steps will help you to be more creative, to become more self-confident, and to build amazing relationships and experiences through the power of video.

To do things outside of your comfort zone, you must first understand what the zone looks like, why it exists, and how you can push through the boundaries without ruining your routines and being upended by change.

If you are ready to push your boundaries to do more video, this program is designed for you. And the benefits go beyond video - these are life skills.

If you are ready to feel more confident, and finally get yourself on video, sign up now.
